Routine Service/Subpoena

Service of Process: Additional $50 for additional document for same individual at same address and on same date/time
Rush/Expedited Service

First attempt of service of process will be made within 24 hours of receipt (subject to availability)
Same-day Rush

Same-day rush service if DFW Notary & Process receives document and appropriate information prior to 11:00am (subject too availability)
TRO/TPO

Restraining orders and protective orders will be served without substantial delay upon receipt
